Today mark's the 5th anniversary of my Father's Death. Yesterday I had an epiphany at my brother's wedding while talking to his mom. I want to lose my weight for myself and put it behind me. I am not happy anymore with what and where I am.
I would like in years time to be at my goal. If I can do some many amazing things, then I can do this.
Here's to shooting for an amazing year.
This week's goal:
1.5 miles jog/walk everyday and 3 days of Strength training.
