So I've been avoiding this some, why because I've been sleeping, resting and analyzing myself to a fine point. I have a serious fault its procrastination sometimes, Why do I let myself get in the way of myself. If I want to change I need to engage it wholeheartedly. I'm not a quitter, that's simply to easy.
So a plan of attack and follow through is what I am working on. I found my day planner and I'm going to sit down with put in exactly what I need to do each day. Check the items off for awhile. I need follow through on this its something I really want.
When you want something YOU WORK FOR IT........So here's to me working for it. I'm not even going to talk all the bad calories I consumed in Atlanta....Anyways back on track , back in saddle and let's go!
