First off today was a little slow to get started I was really sleepy most of day. but I cam home after babysitting and got my rear in gear. I completed 1.5 miles in 35 minutes at an incline of 4. All while watching cartoons and singing the theme song to the Bananasplits! I've been drinking my water all day too.
The one place I stumbled was candy today I had some M&M's and Starburst gummies.....But, after talking to my friend and coach she told me to put those calories into my workout and burn them off. I'm going to try and get some sleep tonight go to bed earlier so that tomorrow I can do some Rockin Body abs or start getting back into my HITT.
Also for dinner tried new recipe, I used Quinoa in my Jambalaya instead of rice. I used my first Poblano pepper. Very tasty!
