Day 2 was awesome I added in strength training. I started with 12 minutes in middle of the day, 50 reverse crunches, 30 push ups on the wall, 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 jack knives,standing crunches and move called the Afro [Thank you Shaun T.]. Just to get some in middle of the day.The est of my day was spent playing with the baby which made up some active moves to keep the flow going.
I did my best not to snack. I had some cheese, then decided a bowl oatmeal would better suit my purposes. Came home and broke out my kettle bell.
I watched about 10 minutes of YouTube Videos on beginning Kettle bell exercises. After that I did about 15 more minutes of strength training with it. I felt a large amount of difference as I worked each one of techniques I had chosen .It was a lot fun. I tackled my 1.5 miles with Dory in my head singing "Just keep swimming." Dinner I made beef lo mien with whole wheat pasta. It was delicious.
IMPORTANT! Drink water....Drink Water.....Drink Water....!
I think its really important to enjoy working out. Also to want it. Like I said I want to put this behind me and leave it there. Time to stop hiding behind a mask even if it is a pretty one.
